Mary Saliba
Mary Saliba is the Principal Solicitor of MS Lawyers Sydney and has been admitted to legal practice in New South Wales since February 2006. Acquiring broad legal and commercial experience across conveyancing and property law, business and commercial law, criminal law and family law.
Mary has worked in suburban private practice and Sydney CBD corporate environments. Her professional experience also includes commercial contracts management for one of Australia’s largest energy companies, providing her with a strong understanding of commercial risk, contractual obligations and practical decision-making.
With advanced training in mediation, negotiation, conflict resolution and communication, Mary brings a multidisciplinary approach to legal practice and is skilled in navigating complex or adversarial matters and identifying practical pathways towards resolution.
Committed to providing clients with accessible, ethical, and considered legal representation, she strongly believes in the integrity of the NSW legal system, access to justice, and ensuring that clients understand both their legal position and the practical options available to them.
Mary graduated with a Bachelor of Communication and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Western Sydney in 2006. She completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice through the College of Law in 2006, and later Advanced Journalism studies at the University of Technology Sydney in 2009. Mary graduated with a Master of Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Sydney in 2011 and is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
